To the others already menytioned, add Sir Arthur Bliss's Morning Heros; &
a couple of Oh Captain settings...  a have one (name withheld to protect
the guilty) particularly high camp/relentlessly serious version which
should really only be performed by Michael Palin in full Pythonesque
schoolboy garb....

Ives wrote a Whitman overture as well.
