I just fnished listening to the Hamelin set.  It's the one to have.
I've tossed the Grante discs (and the Hobson) in the discard bin.  Grante
tiptoes painfully through the thicket of notes and unfamiliar fingerings;
Hamlein plays the pieces as music.  Superb recording by Tony Faulkner as
well.
