I definitely think a positive approach is better than just saying I did this and
I studied that. And I think I would hire that positive person, all other things
being equal. On the other hand, really laying it on thick is self defeating as
most persons looking to hire readily recognize BS. So those of you looking for
work... keep it positive but lay off the excessive use of self-agrandizing
statements.
