It's true:  I've never heard a really bad recording of Beethoven's 3rd, nor
Mahler's 4th (till now).  But I could recommend you an "orribile" recording
of Mahler's 5th:  Mehta (with the NYPO, I'm not sure).  The perfect gift
for an enemy.
