Julia Werthimer anticipated my unwritten post:

>For emotion in Mozart, I would recommend the Sinfonia Concertante for
>violin, viola and orchestra, K.364. The Andante has always seemed to me
>to be an early anticipation of Romanticism.

Two other favourites of Mozart in a minor key: the slow movement of the
Piano Concerto #9, K 271, and the barely-controlled anguish of the A Minor
piano sonata.
