The Royal Opera House conducted by Mark Ermler is a recording of great
beauty and breathtaking sound quality.  This is a complete version on 2
CDs.  It's on Conifer ROH309/10.  I picked it up for around $4.8!!

I seem to remember reading the Prokofiev was always in favour.  But don't
quote me.
