Ah, but Mr. Gould did and does have widespread popularity with the highest
sales of the Goldbergs and the Well Tempered Clavier of all time...  I
assume his other recordings are equally blessed because they have remained
in the catalog since he recorded them in the 50's, 60's, 70's, through at
least 1984.
