This resulted from an unsuccessful query of Alta Vista.  I later found
that it had searched for "Hot Srpings Festival", so my lack of success is
understandable.  I've discovered that the place in question is in Arkansas
and the festival's home page is http://www.hotmusic.org/index.htm
