Hi, Catherine. There is a Spanish company, GVAM, that specializes in mobile apps for museums based on universal design principals, including visually impaired visitors. They have several installations in Europe, but none yet in the U.S. as far as I know. This is their website: http://www.gvam.es/

Any comments on the effectiveness? Also wondering if anyone has seen a really effective way of engaging these visitors so that they can have a full and inclusive experience.
