Hi Janet,

Not sure if this will be of any help but I know that the team there is
still in the process of doing a lot of work with the site.  For instance.
 I was able to gain access to the General discussion forum and post a new
topic just two days ago.  Apparently I wasn't supposed to even be able to
gain access to that area as I received a message stating as much the
following day.

My uninformed guess would be that you are doing everything right but they
might be in the middle of updating some code and things aren't working the
way they should.

I'm sure everything will be ironed out soon but good luck and maybe try
again in a day or two.

Again, uninformed advice, but hope it helps.
