Agreed.

One note I'd make to your statement is something a friend brought to my
attention recently.

We should overhaul the way people *learn.*


Instead of focusing on the environments, the topics, the students capacity
to learn at a given moment during the day, "teaching" tends to presume that
we already know what needs to be done and it just deserves a little
tweaking in how we serve it.

I'd argue that we need to look more at how people are receiving this
knowledge and how we can facilitate that best.
