(Cross post)   Medication question. 
Prescription of Dronabinol 5mg four times a day with mom of a baby born today at 39.4 weeks. 
Mother takes this to control severe nausea/ vomiting since her gastric bypass surgery 2 years ago.  
This looks to be at the upper daily dose listed in MMM. If I understood her correctly, She takes this regularly and not prn.  
I’d appreciate advice for counseling information with breastfeeding a newborn.
