one of these options did you take…

A.    Not state the change (i.e. your renewal letter, brochure, front desk
signs, etc.) and just list the new price?

B.    State the increase, that it was going up, maybe even explain why?

C.   State that the price was increasing AND also offer an early renewal
rate?
