ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

years ago, a kinetic sculpture parade was held in dallas, in conjunction
with the opening of the west end. to the best of my recollection, there
were 30 to 50 entries: everything from people doing performance art with
rolling desk chairs, to lines of mannequin legs with wheels, to a machine
built from the parts of 50 bicycles. There was a huge turnout and people
seemed to really enjoy it.
In fact we're going to post a "call" for such a parage related to our robot
exhibit this spring.
