Marty, Marty, Marty…you forgot everything you learned in Hebrew school!  :-)

Members of the priestly class, the kohanim (hence the last name Cohen for many of them) are not allowed any contact with the dead.  That include cemeteries.  A simple sign that states that the museum has human remains either on display or in collections will suffice.  It will also address concerns from Native Americans and other cultures for whom this is an issue.  Generally, the orthodox for whom this is a concern will raise it ahead of time, as this gentleman did.
