oh, inebrieted people are so entertaining. how about:
conductive playdough, a few small bulbs and buzzers-->hours of amusement (especially for observers)
psychedelic milk
lava lamps (both of these probably super cool when drunk)
paper bridges
oobleck
have fun!

Floating paperclip: http://pbskids.org/zoom/activities/sci/floatingpaperclips.html
Flying paperclip: http://www.wfyi.org/IndianaExpeditions/IDEXSeason1_2008/INEX103/TheFlyingPaperclip.pdf (and you can have them test different materials to pass in between the paperclip & the magnet to see if any of them "break" the magnetic field.
The tried and true "How many drops of water can you get on a penny?" experiment.
Paper chromatography (mmm...maybe....I would be a little concerned about inebriated people & this one, but it's worth a bit of a think)
That's what I could think of in a couple of minutes. Hope it helps. :>)
