Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

After a quick skim, it appears to have touched all the right bases, and certainly they have spoken to some of the leading practitioners in the field, both museum people and evaluators.  Really worthwhile, tho you do have to go through a registration process.  

Congrats to all who made this happen.  It feels like it is part of a sea change.
