Kim,

You have received lots of great advice and a mix of opinions on temp labor.  One suggestion I forgot to include earlier was to call other museums in your area and ask for names.  Some of them may have already developed lists of people they hire for similar needs.

Another good idea is to call the folks at the museums where the exhibit has already travelled.  I learned to do this early on, and it proved the best way to get a heads-up on problems.
