ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

For just a rough order-of-magnitude guesstimate, I'd start with 100 billion
human cells in a finger, plus 1 trillion bacteria.
(100 trillion human cells in the whole body, a finger is 1/1000 of the body,
and bacteria outnumber human cells 10:1).
