ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

On page of Subject, the NSF has an ad that talks about outreach and
education programs it has. I'm not sure it has them or the museums and
parks it supports has them courtesy of the NSF. Their web site,
www.nsf.gov, doesn't seem to mention them. What offerings are they
referring to? It seems as though the site talks more about grants than
specific educational programs for the public.

According to a very recent article in USA Today, 47%
of households and individual do not pay federal taxes.
In better times, it's about 38%. It's allowed under
present laws. Google USA Today "when 47% don't"
