ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Sometime this kind of thing happens due to heat. If the projector is
only intended to be used in the horizontal orientation and it is aimed
up or down, the heat does not convect right and the light valves get
exposed to excessive heat. What was the orientation of the projector?
is it speced for this orientation? Some are, some aren't. When this
happens the light valves need to be replaced. The appearance tends to
get worse over time. Sorry!
