In 2008 the new 2-story Space Chase exhibit wing opened at the Adventure Science Center in Nashville. In Wonders of the Solar System, the planets are scaled to size (but not distance) with hand-painted orbs. In the photo at the following link you can see the Magic Planet (projected) orb in the center showing Jupiter. The hand-painted Jupiter is seen to the right of the Magic Planet and beyond it are the inner planets. To the left and behind the planets, a thin limb of our Sun is depicted on a wall mural. The scale for the planets is approximately 1 inch = 1,120 miles.

There is a National Solar System Project instigated by a 17-year-old from Michigan. The Orlando Science Center is Venus and Adventure Science Center/Sudekum Planetarium in Nashville is proud to be Uranus! ;->
