Vicki:  we've been using Brightsign products for the last three years  
- We have had no problems with any of the 6 or 7 units.  Their  
customer service is excellent and was extremely helpful as I learned  
how to program the units to the particular applications.

I'm not sure what you mean by "dial control" - do you mean a  
potentiometer or a knob that rotates through multiple switches?   
Setting up switches is a breeze; if you were using a potentiometer, I  
would want to know more of what you were wanting to do before I could  
maybe offer some insight.
