Hi Victoria,

There are science cafes that take place all over the country, and
many of them are run by science museums. A great resource is this
science cafe website from NOVA ScienceNow:
http://www.sciencecafes.org/

You'll find advice and resources on running such a cafe, and a
listing of science cafes all over the country, so that you can find
some near you, or run by science museums, so that you'll know where
to go for advice, and to see a possible model.

best wishes,
Anna Hurst
