How about a set of carts/trunks/wagons that role out and then "transform" into the various things you need such as the PA/speakers; a load of chairs &/or cushions; demo tables/stands; maybe one includes a large graphic, either electronic or simply changeable printed. These units could be designed to either go "backstage" when not in use or maybe they are camouflaged and disappear when not in use. The whole rolling out, setting up and then dismantle could be an event in itself.
