ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

So far, I'm not aware of any ADA-related requirements to provide 
accessibility to people with developmental and/or mental 
differences/challenges/disabilities as opposed to physical challenges.  
Even the Title Three laws that relate to clarity in communication are 
really about communicating effectively with people who are blind, deaf, 
or in some cases non-English speakers - and don't seem to relate to 
simple language, etc.  But I'm researching the subject!  If you hear of 
or know anything about it, please do let me know.
