Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

When I was at St. Louis, we had a teacher in residence.  The contract was actually with the teacher's district, and insured that the teacher would have right of return to the same school/grade, and would not lose a year of tenure or insurance.  To make sure this happened, the paychecks were issued to the district, and they continued to pay the teacher.
