Hi Mario,
There are several vendors who provide rheoscopic fluid. The only problems I ever encountered were (1) eventual settling of particles, and (2)nasty stuff in the fluid - we used it to demonstrate fluid dynamics and kids were supposed to use a stick to drag small plastic fish through it, but inevitably they would drop the sticks and get their hands in it. It got pretty gross, so we had to change it fairly frequently, and eventually we just stopped doing the demo.
