ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

MIDE, the interactive museum on economy in Mexico City (ASTC member) has recently opened a new permanent gallery on sustainable development. Earlier this month the museum participated with ASTC, the CSC and the Pavilion of Knowledge in Lisbon in an ASTC/NASA/NOAA event life from Cancun at the occasion of the COP16 Summit. Silvia Singer, the CEO is now looking to share her expertise in dealing with these issues by submitting a session proposal for the ASTC conference in Baltimore about "sustainable development / climate change and strategies for communicating such a controversial and urgent issue". Is anyone aware of a similar session already in the making and/or willing to join Silvia's session? Please let me know, [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
