Hi Keith,
We have many computer touch screens in our new Healthyville exhibit
(installed in December 2006).
We used the Elo brand (see specs below).
They have both 17" and 19" screens. With the exception of getting
multiple 19" screens dead on arrival, they have been reliable. I think
the problem was that the 19" screens were a brand new model (the
original model spec'ed during the exhibit design process was
discontinued once we were in fabrication 3 months later).
I think the product is a good one (once it arrives working)... our
problem was not all of the screens were tested until a few days before
installation (live and learn). We never expected to get dead monitors
shipped to us.
17" model: Elo 1747L LCD Rearmount
19" model: Elo Entuitive 1947L 19" LCD Rearmount
Give me a call or an email if you have any other questions.
Sheri
