Has anyone seen or know of any evaluation on programs like CSI? As you know
there is an emphasis on presenting the evidence for science in our
exhibitions and programs to over come misconceptions about science.
I am interested in knowing if the emphasis on evidence, as evidence for
science, in these enormously popular television programs is having any
effect on the public in increasing their appreciation for the role and
importance of evidence in general. I would not be surprised if they do in
terms of forensics but can viewers generalize?
Thanks and i will share any off-line responses.
