ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Hello,
We are currently using Barriault’s Depth of Learning framework in an evaluation of the learning potential of some of our exhibits. I was hoping to connect with others who have used (or are interested in) this method of data collection, or similar methods which rely almost exclusively on observation of visitor behaviors. Specifically, I am wondering about "lessons learned," as well as the benefits and limitations of these methods. Please contact me at the phone number or email address below.
Please also feel free to pass along general references on exhibit evaluation in science centers as well.
Thank you,
Heather
