Hello Jeff,

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I don't think your
suggestion will work, so I've decided to simplify the presentation and
just include generic staffing costs in the prospective budget based on
the square footage or size center we would be. I'm using the 2007 ASTC
Sourcebook stats and believe that will get me through this preliminary
round.

I don't want to make any real commitments at this juncture, but want to
be sure that they are aware of what the financial needs will be for a
center that size and the level of fiscal support they must commit to.
They just moved us into a 14,000 sq ft building and now they came up
with this. We've been asked to put a hold on unpacking until this is
decided.

I'll leave the organizational chart out, as it can be developed
specifically for us if this moves ahead.

Thanks again,
Yvonne

ASTC.org has several publications related to staffing and salary
surveys....would it help if enough of us wrote back to you and said 3
days is not reasonable to gather the kind of information you are looking
for...

Unfortunately, there is no simple formula for job descriptions and pay
scales and org chart....

good luck.....
