ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

As a smaller organization, 80k visitors a year, 2000 or so active
members (depending how you count them), and who knows how many donors of
all sizes, and with a fundraising staff of 1 or 2, we find DonorPerfect
to be a better fit for our needs and staff capacity.

Whatever you do, you have to make sure that the program isn't too big
for your ability to maintain it. These larger programs can turn out
wonderful reports and analyses, but if they require an entire department
to maintain them, you might need to take a second look at a smaller
program.

We are going to be running a capital campaign in the very near future
and need your suggestions on software.

What software are you using to manage your capital campaign? Did you
buy it outright with a maintenance fee or did you lease it with a
monthly fee? Are you satisfied? What would you do differently the next
time?

Thank you for your input!
