For permanent graphics we still go to an external vendor to produce
the graphics, mount them on Sintra, and laminate them with UV velvet
Lexan.
But for quick, in-house signs and posters we use a ProSeal laminator
with pouch boards. The pouch boards laminate and mount on foam board
in one step. They come in sizes from 4" x 6" to 41" x 61" and in a
variety of surfaces (I prefer the textured, matte surface). We get
them from http://www.usi-laminate.com/.
