Hi all,
I run an afterschool program for teens out of Yale's Peabody Museum
of Natural History and my students are embarking on producing an
exhibit focused on the geosciences employing a cave motif. Though I
welcome any suggestions/advice, I was hoping to get help with the following:
- A cheapish fabric that could be draped on the ceiling and/or walls
that could be made to look like rock;
- Other cost-effective rock solutions (we've considered carving foam);
- A source for cheap, large-ish (1'-6' diameter), round, rigid (i.e.
planet-like) structures that could be cut and mounted;
If any of you had any of the above hanging around, available to loan,
I'd be interested.
Thank you!
Jamie
