This morning on 810 AM, a SF radio host, Ronn Owens, at 10:00 am, PT,
interviewed an annual guest on the historic traditions and roots of
Christmas, as well as related holiday celebarations. I forgot the guys name
who is interviewed, but he teaches at San Jose State University. He's on
each year and is very good. You might find the origin of holy interesting.
You'll need RealPlayer or an equivalent. It's archived for 24 hours

segment starts about 6 minutes after the hour from 9 to noon.
