ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

We have a local lady that is planning to teach a Spanish class in our classroom. She is doing this to earn a bit of spending money, she doesn't do it as a regular business. We listed the class in our program brochure, but the registration fees will go to her as earnings. She has paid us with volunteer time for the listing, registration services, and space.
Our insurance seems to cover staff or volunteers, but nothing in between such as the scenario above. Have others run into this concern? How did you handle it?
Your thoughts are appreciated.
