Hi Chad, Part time fundraisers do exist and can be very helpful. There are
also organizations that do fundraising for others. IF you ask someone in one
of the other museums or colleges they will be able to help you find a list,

Thank you for all of the responses.  Here are my final questions to all of
the advice:

1.  Can we pay bonuses if the budget reaches a certain milestone (not a
percentage of money earned by the fundraiser)?

2.  What kind of results can we really expect from a part-time fundraiser?
And do those even exist?

3.  Are there organizations that do fundraising for others - that actually
get the job done?
