ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Thinc Design is an exhibit and environment design firm with diverse projects
in aquariums, science centers, natural history museums, history museums and
other cultural clients.  The firm has an opening for an experienced Exhibit
Developer to be responsible for developing creative and engaging visitor
experiences.  The positionšs responsibilities include identifying project
goals and objectives, and organization of the project concepts and content.
The Developer will work with exhibition and graphic designers on several
exhibition projects, applying their knowledge of visitor behavior and
informal learning.  Activities will include attending project meetings
(including site visits), content and image research, maintenance of project
files and meeting notes.  Must be comfortable working in a team oriented
fast paced fluid working environment.

Job Requirements
ˇ     Minimum Bachelor degree in the museum studies, life sciences or
informal education; advanced degree preferred.

ˇ     Minimum 5 years related experience working in museums and/or exhibit
design, developing educational programs, visitor experiences and/or working
on an exhibit development team.

ˇ     Must have experience working as the primary developer on a major
project being able to coordinate content advisors, educators, administrators
and designers.

ˇ     Ability to develop creative solutions to exhibit development
situations for various audiences.

ˇ     Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills -
written and verbal.
