Gosh, I had a rather unsatisfactory seven-year relationship with a
Magna-Doodle, despite multiple reengineerings and beefings-up.
Y'know, it was one of those things that worked just enough to escape
total replacement.
For all the trouble, mess, and headache of "keeping the bin full"
that they nevertheless represent, pencil stubs and index cards (or
scrap paper or a rolled-paper dispensor) yield many advantages over
their competitors in this market.
