For showing whether you washed your hands well enough, there's always glo-germ.

However, in my experience, while visitors get the idea that water doesn't work, and you have to wash all the crevices, showing the difference between antibacterial and not isn't a feature of glo-germ.

We tried an activity showing the difference between soap and alcohol hand sanitizer.  The idea was that sanitizer kills the germs, but doesn't remove them, or any other substance.  But visitors were confused by the non-result of their hands still glowing after washing.
