Leticia,
It may not be in time for your study, but there's an ASTC book about to go
to press that may provide useful background. "Visitor Voices in Museum
Exhibitions" (which I am editing with Kathy McLean) includes 30+ articles
about different strategies for inviting visitors to comment, contribute, and
co-create. A number of the authors report on studies they've carried out (at
the Arizona Science Center, Science Museum in London, Museum of Science,
Boston, Ontario Science Centre, among others). The book should be out in
August.

Dear Member list, I’m doing an evaluation about an open-ended exhibit where
visitors can leave their comments.

I wonder if any of you have references about the utility or use of this kind
of experiences in museums, something that can give me a context for the
interpretation
and to contextualize the topic for the written report.
