Mary:
A small section of our "Radiation in the World Around You" exhibit deals
with Food Irradiation. There are several informational panels for both
the "For" and the "Against" positions. We provide a small table with
paper and pen, so that visitors may answer the posted question: "What
do you think of food irradiation?"
Elsewhere in that same exhibit, we have a panel listing some foods that
naturally contain small amounts of radioactivity. Did you know that
Brazil nuts are the world's most radioactive food? ;-)

Is anyone familiar with any exhibits that deal with issues regarding
food safety or food contamination (unintentional or intentional)?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
