ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The new issue of "Informal Learning Review" which is No. 65, has an article
entitled "Website availability and visitor motivation: an evaluation study
for the colorado digitization project". It may have some things that you are
looking for. This newsletter just appeared in my box yesterday and haven't
been thru the article, but it appears that they are looking to see if
visitors' use of websites influences their future visitation.
Hope it will be helpful.

...
Has anyone done studies that suggest how visitors to museum use the
websites for museums? As with teachers if we knew how and why they
used our websites we might be able to design websites that serve
their needs better.
