NSTA's Science & Children a reference to an article by J.B. Kahle and A.
Damnjanovic (1994),  The effect of inquiry activities on elementary
students' enjoyment, ease and confidence in doing science.  An analysis by
sex and race.  Journal of Women and Minorities in Science and Engineering 1
(1):17-28

Hi there,

Can anyone let me know if there exists research on the educational impact of
Science Centers on students. In addition, information on the impact on
visitors not involved in school programs. What I seek is some long term
impact - even short term would help at this point.

If anyone can guide me I'd really appreciate your assistance.
