ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************
The American Physical Society has launched the informal physics learning
site "Physics to Go" with an initial collection of 117 science center
websites featuring games, webcasts, online exhibits, and activities for
learners and teachers: http://www.compadre.org/informal/
To see the whole collection from centers around the world, search on "The "
(don't omit the space). Features on the homepage--"Spotlight On," "Worth a
Look," and "Review of the Month"--turn over each month. The effort is part
of ComPADRE, the online collection of resources in physics and astronomy
education, which itself is a part of the National Science Foundation-funded
National Science Digital Library. Creator Ed Lee welcomes reactions and
contributions from ASTC members. You can reach him at [log in to unmask]
