ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

I am toying with the idea of submitting a proposal for ASTC 2005 on partnerships with government agencies and offices. For example, Nauticus is partnering with some National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration field offices to have staff, educators and exhibits in our center. In addition, we have a museum operated by the US Navy in our facility. Other examples might include a science or nature center on the site of a National Refuge, or a National Park visitor desk in a science center, or a science center association with a museum operated by the military, etc, etc, etc. If you have a close, strong, long-term government partnership and would like to participate in this panel and share with attendees details of your partnership, please contact me off-line.
