Ease of maintenance, ease of maintenance, ease of maintenance!!!!!
Check whatever product you are thinking of for floor covering for
maintenance procedures...
Vinyl is easy... wash and wax... carpet gets vacuumed and
extracted... what do you need to do with rubberized floor covering?
Also, check on slip resistance...what happens when the surface
gets a little wet... do people slip and slide?
The only experience I have had with rubberized floor products
has been problematic... over time there was shrinkage that
caused gaps and water wasn't enough to clean it.
