Laura,
We used a setup to make dry ice bubbles so that when you popped
them, the smoke escaped. It was a good WOW factor for our audiences.

It was essentially a PVC pipe caped on one end and the top had a
screw on lid with a medium sized tube coming out of it. I believe we sealed
it with clear calking. We put hot water in the tube and a chunk of dry ice.
Then sealed it and dipped it into a bubble solution. It was cool. When the
water gets too cold it slowed way down and we just added more hot water.

Have fun!

I am in the process of designing a 40 - 50 minute bubble demo for all ages
to be presented on the weekends. I have the basic framework done with the
science background, but am looking for the "WOW" factor.

Does anyone have any experience doing demos on this topic, and if so are
willing to share their suggestions on what they felt worked the best, or
didn't work as well as they had intended.

Any information you may have would be greatly appreciated.
